The AUBO iS Series is a high-performance collaborative robot lineup comprising six models — iS3, iS7, iS10, iS20, iS25, and iS35 — with payload capacities of 3 kg, 7 kg, 12 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, and 35 kg respectively. Designed for broad industry deployment, the iS Series is especially suited for demanding environments such as precision manufacturing and spray coating.

Built on a modular drive-control integrated architecture with six standardized joint modules, the iS Series enables rapid component replacement for easier maintenance. Compared to previous generations, the series delivers comprehensive improvements in repeat positioning accuracy, absolute accuracy, and path accuracy, while achieving higher arm speeds.

The iS Series features a fully enclosed structure with an ingress protection rating up to IP68, making it suitable for harsh and sensitive environments. The payload-to-weight ratio reaches up to 1:3.2, and the series incorporates optimized core components with a new control algorithm for enhanced performance.

A redesigned teach pendant weighing only 1 kg and a new controller cabinet with a 50% smaller footprint make the system compact and easy to deploy. All models come standard with a multi-function tool interface, enabling a wide range of end-of-arm tooling and application scenarios across industries including hardware & appliances, kitchen & bath, 3C electronics, healthcare, and automotive manufacturing.
