The CS612-Ex is Elite Robots' explosion-proof collaborative robot arm from the CS-Ex series, purpose-built for hazardous and explosive working environments. Designed in compliance with the explosion-proof standard GB/T 38361-2021, both the robot arm and control cabinet are certified for use in environments where flammable gases, vapors, or dust may be present.
With a 12 kg payload capacity and IP68 ingress protection rating, the CS612-Ex delivers reliable, stable performance in harsh industrial conditions including painting, oil and gas, chemical processing, and defense applications. Its multi-layer explosion-proof technology enables safe human-robot collaboration in zones previously accessible only to human workers.
The CS612-Ex features a 6-axis articulated design with a 1327 mm reach, offering flexible deployment options including floor, ceiling, and wall mounting. The robot supports a wide range of end-effector interfaces and is compatible with Elite Robots' standard control ecosystem.
As part of the CS Explosion-Proof series alongside the CS66-Ex and CS620-Ex, the CS612-Ex allows manufacturers to automate dangerous tasks without compromising safety, reducing human exposure to hazardous environments while maintaining high productivity.
