The CS616F is part of Elite Robots' CSF Force-Control series — an upgraded force-sensing collaborative robot built on the proven CS platform. With a 16 kg payload and 900 mm reach, it integrates a proprietary six-axis force/torque sensor directly at the tool end, delivering high-precision force detection for demanding industrial applications.

The built-in force sensor enables high-sensitivity tool collision detection, making human-robot collaboration safer. During manual teaching, contact between the workpiece and equipment is detected with exceptional sensitivity, effectively protecting both the workpiece and surrounding machinery.

High constant-force tracking accuracy makes the CS616F ideal for complex curved-surface operations such as precision grinding, polishing, and adhesive dispensing. Its open interfaces and strong compatibility support secondary development and seamless integration into existing production lines.
