The ESTUN iER10-2010-HI is a medium-payload 6-axis industrial robot from the small-to-medium load series, designed for flexible automation in a wide range of manufacturing applications. With a 10 kg payload capacity and an extended 2010 mm reach, it delivers excellent working range for tasks such as handling, assembly, welding, and machine tending.
Built on ESTUN's proven iER platform, the HI (High Integration) variant features a compact, high-rigidity arm structure optimized for high-speed, high-precision operation. Its slim wrist design and hollow wrist cabling reduce interference and simplify end-of-arm tooling integration.
The robot is compatible with ESTUN's full ecosystem of controllers, servo drives, and software packages, enabling seamless integration into smart manufacturing lines. It supports EtherCAT-based communication for real-time motion control and can be paired with ESTUN's vision, force-control, and process software packages.
