The Unitree A2 "Stellar Explorer" is an industrial-grade quadruped robot built for demanding real-world deployments. Weighing approximately 42 kg, it delivers extended endurance of up to 5 hours / 20 km unloaded, or 3 hours / 12.5 km fully loaded — lighter, faster, and tougher than its predecessors.
Equipped with dual industrial LiDARs (front and rear), an HD camera, and a front-facing light, the A2 achieves 360° environmental perception with zero blind spots. Its robust locomotion system conquers rugged terrain with ease, and an optional wheel-leg configuration unlocks even greater mobility and performance.
The A2 features a hot-swappable dual-battery parallel system for seamless battery swaps without interrupting missions, with reliable operation across -20°C to 55°C. Continuous OTA software upgrades keep the platform current for evolving mission requirements.
